Yes, Same Day delivery is available within Metro Manila. Same Day Delivery is Payment first before delivery policy. Payment can be settled by Bank transfer. Delivery fee is shouldered by the buyer

What is estimated time of delivery?

Our delivery lead time for Metro Manila is 2–4 business days and for the rest of the country, 5–7 business days.

Please note that delivery times can be affected by extreme weather conditions, seasonal demand peaks, and other factors. Refer to your tracking number to see where your package is.

For unusual circumstances, please contact customer service.

Tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Once the order is placed we cannot make any changes in the products.

Canceled Order: In case of a prepaid order - the amount will be refunded back to the account from which the payment was initiated, within 3-5 working days. Returned Order : (a) In case of a prepaid order - the amount will be refunded back to the account from which the payment was initiated, within 3-5 working days, (b) In case of a cash on delivery order - the amount will be refunded in the form of a cheque or bank transfer for which certain details need to be provided over email (support@wowhappy.ph), the amount will be refunded back to the account from which it was paid within 3-5 working days.
