Our delivery lead time for Metro Manila is 2-4 business days and For rest of the country, 5-7 business days Please note that delivery times can be affected by extreme weather conditions, seasonal demand peaks, and other factors. 6. How can I track my order ?

Tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

8. How can I cancel an order I just placed ?

9. I did not like the product I ordered. How do I return the product I purchased.

10. What is the refund procedure for the cancelled or returned order?

Canceled Order: In case of a prepaid order - the amount will be refunded back to the account from which the payment was initiated, within 3-5 working days. Returned Order : (a) In case of a prepaid order - the amount will be refunded back to the account from which the payment was initiated, within 3-5 working days, (b) In case of a cash on delivery order - the amount will be refunded in the form of a cheque or bank transfer for which certain details need to be provided over email (support@wowhappy.ph), the amount will be refunded back to the account from which it was paid within 3-5 working days.
