DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Lightly spray 2–3 times on pillows, bed linens, or room fabrics before bedtime.

Allow the mist to settle and dry before lying down.

For best results, use nightly to create a relaxing and soothing atmosphere.

Use nightly or whenever you need instant relaxation.
